The final flight of space shuttle Endeavour is a go for Friday, April 29.

The craft is currently set to launch at 3:47 p.m. EST from Launch Pad 39A of the Kennedy Space Center. Mission STS-134 will be the 25th and final excursion for Endeavour into outer space, and the second-to-last shuttle launch ever.

STS-135, featuring space shuttle Atlantis, will be the final shuttle launch ever.

An enormous turnout is expected for this historic launch, with NASA and Florida tourism expecting close to 700,000 spectators for the event, according to Space.com.

Among the spectators will be President Obama and his family, as well as Arizona congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, whose husband, Mark Kelly, will be commanding the mission.

The best way to check out the shuttle launch is online. NASA TV will stream the launch live, and you can either watch it here on NASA.gov, or below in the live stream.

While there are opportunities to watch it on television, programming is somewhat sparse and depends upon region, service, and providers.
